Massage Therapy & Wellness Center is
BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, which means we are only in the office when we have scheduled clients.

We cannot answer the phone while with clients, so if you are calling to schedule your massage, please leave a voicemail message and we will get back to you just as soon as we can.

There are TWO (2) Massage Therapists, who at times have different schedules, so it is very difficult to schedule a couples massage or two appts at the same time. This may change in the future. Thank you for your understanding.

We tailor a Massage Therapy session to meet each individual's unique needs.
Before we begin your session, we will discuss what your goals for the massage session are. Depending on your specific needs or requests, we will either perform a customized full-body massage (for general relaxation and stress reduction) and/or focus on the specific parts of your body that you have requested. One or several massage modalities can be used in one session. We use only the highest quality massage oils/gels and lotions during your treatment.

Contraindications for Massage....What does this mean?
This is a warning for caution...where a symptom may be an 'indicator' or indication that a certain treatment or specific bodywork is not appropriate or advisable.
Some conditions for caution: During the first three months of pregnancy, High temperature/fever, Open wounds, cuts and
bruising, Inflammation, Blood Clots, Cancer, Broken bones / Fractures, Other chronic conditions and diseases, untreated High Blood Pressure, having just ate a big meal, being drunk or on drugs.
Consult a qualified medical practitioner if you have (untreated) high blood pressure, diabetes or any heart disease prior to receiving massage therapy.
I have all clients complete a confidential
medical evaluation form, so I can analyze your situation and develop a massage therapy plan for you.

Additional Services:

Chair Massage for your workplace, convention, health fair, fundraising or other events

EMPLOYERS and CORPORATE EVENTS: You can set up a program with sessions lasting between 5-30 minutes, depending on the number of people.
Minimum one hour at $100.00 first hour. $50.00 each additional hour. Please call for details.

SPECIAL EVENTS: trade shows, fundraisers, health fairs etc...and all day bookings are available.
